Chapter Four

RAIDER ISLANDS

Kiha reached raider islands. still furious about the kings demand for his lands. He knew war is unavoidable, King Ojas will come for his lands but something in his heart told him that his army was stronger than the army of Ojas Angara.

Kiha stood in balcony of his keep, Looking at the life around. Every one clad in black as a respect of lord of Darkness. During Second great war when Capital abandoned them they turned to lord of Darkness to protect them. Since that time Raiders have ruled the nights and have acquired a new name the thieves.

Second great war had a huge impact on life of raiders it changed the language of warriors, This new language gave them an advantage they can instruct their troops without enemy understanding it. It changed the style of their war, once highly honourable fighters have now
mastered the gorilla warfare. If you are fighting them you never know from where or when are they going to come.

Another reason for Kiha's confidence was that all his senior warriors were war tested they were there during second great war. No one had any doubts about there abilities. but the new generation had not seen a real battle and only they can prove to be the weak link but Kihas was not worried about that. Only thing he hated was death that war brings along with it but some price had to be paid to hold their head high.

He called his Chieftain for council. He told him what happened in the capital and asked him to prepare for war. Kiha knew there were more domestic problems to take care of before he can even think about going to war. "Everything will be taken care of in due course."he thought and sent a note to the senior minister it was simple to understand, "Import and stock as much
food grains and metals as possible". After that he started a slow walk towards basement where he hid something 20 years ago. He knew he is going to need it again.

Meanwhile Chieftain informed all commanders about the war that was upon them. Commanders were no too happy about it but they respected Kiha enough to keep their silence. All commanders went to their respective regiments to prepare for war.
